How do I pay my purchase order?
You could pay by cash, T/T and L/C.
How can I get samples and how long will delivery take?
Once samples are finished, we ship via DHL or FedEx. It takes 4-5 working days for delivery.
What is the MOQ?
Our MOQ is one full container. Different sizes and mattress models can be mixed loaded into one container.
What is the delivery lead time?
It will take 30 to 35days when make sure the deposit by our financial department.
Can I get customized products?
Yes, we provide OEM & ODM service according to your requirements, customized sizes and private brand.
Do you have strict quality control?
Our mattresses are compressed by professional rolling machines. The foam and spring will recover around 90% within 24 hours after unpacking, and fully recover within 7~10 days.
What about your product warranty?
Our mattresses come with a 10 to 12-year warranty.
